DEPOSIT..................25% deposit is required at time of booking.

                                This amount is non-refundable if booking cancelled

                                by client within 12 weeks of holiday start date.

BALANCE.................The remaining balance falls due for payment 12 

                                weeks prior to holiday start date.

SECURITY BOND......Security Bonds required for all our villas, see below.

                               Villa Calnovic...............500 GBP

                               Villa Petros..................300 GBP

                               Villa Christos...............300 GBP

                               The above bond amounts will be returned in Full to

                               clients subject to a satisfactory Villa Inspection.

                               Within 2 weeks of departure date.

                               The Inspection will be carried out on the clients

                               departure day.

                               Any damage to property that the owners deemed

                               to of been avoidable will be repaired/replaced, the

                               cost of the repair/replacement will be charged to

                               the client & deducted from the Bond amount taken.

CHECK-OUT...........10.00 HRS.
